Customer Service Advisor

Location: Exeter, EX5

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

Salary: £25,750 per annum

Are you someone who thrive in a busy environment, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering excellent service? Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their team and become a key point of contact for their retailers nationwide.

What you will be doing:

  • Speaking with retailers over the phone and supporting them with orders and queries
  • Processing orders received via email, phone and fax
  • Preparing order acknowledgements, invoices and general adminsiration
  • Working closely with warejhouse and distribution teams to ensure products are delivered on time
  • Applying correct discounts, charges and delivery costs
  • Resolving customer issues with professionalism and care
  • Keeping customer information updated in CRM system
  • Building strong relationships with retailers and internal departments

About you:

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Competent across Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous telephone based customer service experience is desirable
  • Experience working in a fast paced setting is desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable
