Location: Bristol, BS4

Job type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hour per week, rota'd shifts between Monday to Friday 7:55am - 7:15pm, Saturday 8:55am - 6:15pm and Sunday 9:55am - 4:15pm

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 basic + up to £3,000 achievable commission

The successful candidate will be part of one of the Uks leading private self-storage providers - an established and fast growing business with a strong presence across the South West and the Midlands, and ambitious plans for continued expansion.

The role:

• Coaching, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales and financial targets
• Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolving issues proactively
• Winning new business, upselling services, and managing existing customer accounts
• Overseeing smooth day to day branch operations, including store presentation, cleanliness, key-holder duties and alarm responsibilities
• Managing storage room and office space lettings, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
• Processing card and BACS payments and supporting wider credit control functions

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing sales, retail, or hospitality environment
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Strong IT skills including confidence with Microsoft Suite
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
