Are you an experienced Miller looking for your next challenge? We are working with a respected precision engineering manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality and innovation, supplying components to a range of high-profile industries.

You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision engineers components to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Producing high precision components on 3,4 and 5-axis machining centres
• Editing and optimizing CNC programs where required
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Machining a wide range of materials to tight tolerances
• Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
• Working closely with production and quality teams to maintain standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient production processes

About you:

• Previous experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain or Simens controls
• Experience machining precision components within industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil and gas or similar
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings confidently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
