Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Investment Managers and the wider Portfolio Management team.
- Prepare file notes, correspondence and client documentation.
- Arrange client meetings and assist with meeting preparation.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by delivering accurate and timely administrative support.
- Open and close client investment accounts.
- Process stock transfers and client payments.

- Produce reports using Excel and portfolio management systems.
- Support the execution and booking of trades in line with authorised instructions and company procedures.
- Process execution-only client orders for non-complex investment products where appropriate.
- Assist Investment Managers with client presentations, pitches and reviews.
- Support wider team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
- Continually develop industry knowledge and participate in relevant training.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous administration experience within financial services, wealth management or investment management.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- A collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using investment or wealth management systems such as Avaloq would be advantageous.
- An RQF Level 3 CISI qualification (or equivalent), or a willingness to study towards this.
What's on Offer
This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to build a long term career with a leading wealth management business that genuinely invests in its people. Alongside a competitive salary of up to £33,000, you'll benefit from an outstanding rewards package, including:
