Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team within the aerospace Used Serviceable Materials (USM) market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a long-term career in sales and develop their knowledge of the aviation and aerospace industry.
You don't need to come from an aviation background. We are open to candidates from other B2B sales environments who have a strong commercial mindset, enjoy building relationships and are keen to learn a specialist industry.
You'll receive the training and support needed to develop your aviation knowledge while gaining hands-on experience across sales, account management and the aerospace aftermarket.
About the role
As a Sales Executive, you'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, identify opportunities and provide commercially competitive solutions.
You'll manage day-to-day customer enquiries and RFQs, prepare quotations, follow opportunities through the sales process and work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered successfully.
You'll build relationships with customers over time, develop your understanding of their requirements and gradually take greater ownership of your own portfolio of accounts.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop and progress within a growing business.

- Support the management and growth of a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and develop trusted relationships.

- Coordinate internally to resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline activity is up to date.
- Ensure all customer and sales information is recorded accurately.
Performance & Development
- Work towards agreed sales and activity targets.
- Maintain visibility of your pipeline and upcoming opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity and account performance.
- Continuously develop your product, market and commercial knowledge.
- Take ownership of your personal development and progression within the sales team.
About you
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, personable and hungry to succeed.
