Hygiene Supervisor
Wetherby, West Yorkshire LS22
£32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Full time office-based role working days
You will also be required to work some weekends.
Commutable from Tadcaster, York, Ripon, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Leeds, Sherburn in Elmet, Castleford or Garforth.
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced Hygiene Supervisor for a company based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Technical you will lead the hygiene department ensuring the highest standards of environmental and equipment hygiene are delivered and maintained at all times in accordance with customer and internal stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Training members of the hygiene team
- Support training of CICs across all shifts
- Management of hygiene, waste and pest systems ensuring these are maintained, relevant and compliant with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring consistent availability of PPE across the site
- Verify that daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning records are accurately completed and maintained by the hygiene team.
- Support site during 3rd party and customer audits by presenting data and equipment inspections
- Investigate and implement corrective actions for hygiene related non-conformances
- Provide suitable on the job hygiene training and competency reviews
