I am currently representing a Material Buyer based in Burnham-on-Sea looking for a new permanent full-time position after being made redundant – now readily available to interview and start a new role immediately. Willing to commute as far as Bristol / Taunton and is happy to work fully office based.

 

Industry expertise

• Over 34 years in Construction / Housebuilding with deep experience in material purchasing, plant hire, invoice reconciliation and budget tracking
• Worked for both developers and suppliers providing 360 view of procurement and supply chain management in the industry

 

Systems & tools

• Eque2, Coins Open Architecture, Project Vault – well versed in industry standard procurement software
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook and a wide range of compliance online training packages

 

Qualifications

• HNC in Building Studies
• National and First Diploma in Construction
• 9 CSE’s
• Up to date training in health, safety and compliance, including Mental Health Awareness and Environmental Awareness
