Production Manager

I am currently representing a Production Manager based in Sheffield looking for a new permanent position and was wondering if they may be suitable for your business.

 

They are currently available with a 3 month notice period and looking for a minimum salary of £47,000 per annum.

 

• Extensive Production Leader with over 10 years manufacturing, automotive, composites, steel and hydrogen industries
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams in fast paced environments
• Strong leadership background supervising up to full shift operations, including CNC, painting, glazing, casting, finishing and warehouse coordination
• Skilled in continuous improvement methodologies: 6S, Kaizen, FMEA, PFMEA, 5 Why and 8D problem solving
• IOSH qualified with a strong focus on health and safety, risk assessments, audits and embedding safety culture
• Experienced in KPI implementation and monitoring, production planning, SQDCP reporting, SIC boards, and daily meetings
• Hands on expertise in robotic composites, and glazing with NVQ qualifications in carpentry / joinery and structural glazing
• Recognized for employee engagement, training and development, and driving operational improvements to meet business goals
• Awarded Employee of the Year for collaboration and leadership
